Terms of Service
Last updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 0x3 Security website at 0x3security.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About our services
The Site provides general information about 0x3 Security and our offerings. Content on the Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional security, legal, or compliance advice. Engaging us for services requires a signed agreement that defines scope, authorization, deliverables, and terms.
2. Authorization & ethical use
0x3 Security performs offensive-security testing only under explicit, written authorization from the system owner, within a defined and agreed scope. Nothing on this Site authorizes testing of any system. We do not conduct testing against systems we have not been contracted and authorized to assess, and we expect clients to confirm they own — or are fully authorized to permit testing of — every system in scope.
3. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to: access the Site in any unlawful manner; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written permission; interfere with or disrupt the Site; scrape or harvest data; or reverse engineer any part of the Site. Unauthorized security testing of this Site is prohibited and may be unlawful.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the 0x3 Security name and branding — are owned by 0x3 Security and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our prior written permission.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current.
6. No guarantee of security outcomes
Cybersecurity is inherently probabilistic. While our services are designed to identify and reduce risk, no security service can guarantee the prevention or detection of every attack, breach, or loss. Any service-specific commitments are set out solely in the applicable engagement agreement, not on this Site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0x3 Security and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site. Liability arising from any services we provide is governed exclusively by the applicable engagement agreement.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and tools (such as our scheduling provider) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
