Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
0x3 Security ("0x3," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit 0x3security.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only and not to services delivered under a separate engagement agreement.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or request a consultation, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, company name, the service you're interested in, and the details of your message. If you book a call through our scheduling tool, you may also provide a phone number and meeting details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical data automatically through analytics, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and how you interact with the site. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested information; schedule and conduct consultations; operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website; understand site usage through aggregate analytics; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your contact submissions to send unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our infrastructure on our behalf — including Google (Google Analytics and Google Workspace email), our scheduling provider (Calendly), and our hosting provider (Hostinger). These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.
- Legal and safety purposes — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect usage data in aggregate. Our scheduling page may also load cookies from Calendly when you interact with the booking widget. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
5. Data retention
We keep contact and inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business or legal record-keeping, after which we securely delete or anonymize it. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to know what we have collected. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Texas (TDPSA), Tennessee (TIPA), and other states with privacy laws may have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that regard. To exercise any right, email us at info@0x3security.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them; we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
