Paul Nieto III is a U.S. Navy veteran, founder, and principal operator of 0x3 Security. He led physical red team operations at GoPro and Box, then served as a red team operator at Royal Caribbean, emulating real adversaries inside a global enterprise. Alongside that, he has delivered a long list of independent 1099, corp-to-corp, and B2B contracts — red teaming, penetration testing, social engineering, and physical intrusion testing across industries at every stage of security maturity.
His strongest skill sits in the space between the digital and physical worlds: the human side — a convincing phone call, a fake vendor at the front desk, a well-timed email. On stage, he speaks in business terms: what can cost a company money or shut it down, and what to do about it.
